Riverboat Experience to Sierra

Sierra - Yli-Sierra - Upper Sierra

"Sierra" means separate, or isolated. Yli-Sierra is the name of this fishing location in Kven, the leading language in the Alta valley during the 18th and 19th centuries, and much used as a 'river language' during salmon fishing. This riverboat experience extends to upper sierra, which is one of the world’s most famous salmon fishing spots and provides a great experience through the river wilderness.

The duration of the experience is especially suitable for families with children of all ages. Dress in warm clothes as the river water is cold creating cool breezes.

Available: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

*It is possible to book the trip on other days with a minimum of 4 guests.
