Sorrisniva AS is a year-round adventure company located on the banks of the Alta River, just outside the center of Alta. The company is built on local traditions and values. Our Arctic Wilderness Lodge is open all year round with 24 suites and Maku restaurant. In winter, we also have an ice hotel and an a la carte restaurant. Sorrisniva offers many exciting activities throughout the year. In addition to the restaurant in the evening, we serve breakfast and lunch, we hold parties and have meeting activities.

Sorrisniva AS is currently seeking full-time cleaning personnel for the winter season.

Sorrisniva Arctic Wilderness Lodge and Igloo Hotel are currently seeking employees for our housekeeping department. We are looking for a full-time employee during our winter season, but with good opportunities of prolonged contract. Are you skilled in cleaning and self-motivated? If so, we encourage you to apply! Your primary task will be daily cleaning of common areas, offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and hotel rooms. You will be an important part of the team responsible for taking care of our guests while they are with us and ensuring they have a memorable stay. We offer experiences throughout the year and maintain a high standard in everything we deliver. The target audience is primarily domestic and international vacationers and leisure travellers. The job tasks are varied, and therefore, we are looking for a flexible individual who can work independently and has good teamwork skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning tasks according to the scope of work and established plans

- Clean common areas in the hotel, including toilets, offices, reception, restaurants, and hotel rooms

- Ensure presentable common areas and assist across departments when necessary

- Ensure a good stay experience for guests

- Perform various tasks associated with a high-quality hotel

Qualifications:

- Reliable and contributes to a good working environment

- Independent while enjoying working in a team

- Vocational certificate in cleaning is advantageous

- Experience in the cleaning industry or hotel sector

- Good language skills. English is a minimum requirement.
